📝 Standard Terms and Conditions
Isocio for SocioTech Solutions
🔹 1. Definitions
"Company": Refers to Isocio for SocioTech Solutions.
"Client": Any individual or entity contracting with the Company for services or solutions.
"Services": All solutions, products, or services provided by the Company to the Client.
"Agreement": Refers to the contract or understanding between the Company and the Client, including these Terms and Conditions.
📌 2. Scope of Application: These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between the Company and Clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Company commits to providing services as detailed in the signed proposal or agreement. The Company reserves the right to make necessary technical or legal adjustments without altering the core service.
💰 4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are due within [30] days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
- In case of late payment, the Company may charge interest at a rate of [2% per month].
All intellectual property rights for any solutions, content, or systems developed by the Company remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all technical and business information exchanged and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
⚖️ 7. Liability and Indemnification : The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. The Client bears responsibility for any unlawful or improper use of services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with [30] days written notice. The Company may terminate immediately in case of a material breach.
The Company is not liable for delays due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, service outages, or major crises.
⚖️ 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by Egyptian law. Courts in Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction.
📄 11. Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with any signed documents, form the complete and final agreement between the parties.
